We provide a subscription-based service that delivers motivational quotes to subscribers each day. Quotes are delivered digitally via email and/or SMS and are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

We offer two subscription plans:

Monthly plan — billed once per calendar month. Access to the service is granted for that billing month only.

Annual plan — billed once per year, in advance. Access to the service is granted for the full twelve-month period from the date of payment.

Both plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will not be locked into any ongoing obligation beyond the period you have paid for.

Payment is collected at the start of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable plan amount on each renewal date. All prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to update our pricing. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect from your next renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. There is no penalty or obligation for cancelling.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew and no further charges will be made.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in the case of verified billing errors or technical failures that prevented delivery of the service. To raise a concern, please contact us at [your support email].

All quotes and content delivered through the service are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Our service is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to deliver content reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email or via the platform ahead of the changes taking effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
